Austria is the second most popular ski country for Britons, largely due to its excellent resorts and dedication to levels of service. The many beautiful resorts are certainly a pulling factor for thousands of people. The world-class quality of skiing coupled with a dynamic après-ski makes Austria a beloved place to ski.

Austria boasts many ski resorts that are suitable for any type of skier or snowboarder. Alpine scenery and traditional Austrian charm is ever-present throughout Austrian ski resorts, making for a magical ski holiday.

Austrian ski resorts are generally not as high as French resorts, so if you are looking for an early or late-season holiday it would be best to check out the resort’s snow reports and history before booking. However, this is potentially the only low-point, as Austrian ski holidays never fail to impress. Whether it is because of the spectacular scenery, or the energetic après-ski, you will definitely love an Austrian ski holiday.
